张惊涛，1956年9月生于上海。字仅芾，号沚松堂主，南门樵夫，海上老张等。先后毕业于中国美术学院山水画高研班，以及著名山水画家何加林工作室。中国书画家协会理事，中南海国礼中心特约艺术家，中国国际艺术家协会理事，中央教育电视台水墨丹青书画院常务理事，中国硬笔书法协会首批会员，中央美术学院客座教授。2017年被评为文化部国家一级美术师。多年来，张惊涛参加了许多由中国美协、省市美协、西泠印社等主办的美术展览。作品分别在中国美术馆及各地美术馆展出。众多作品被一些美术馆、博物馆、政府机构及国内外个人藏家收藏。
